Grouped by topic. If something is not covered here, just ask — we would rather answer it than have you guess.

Membership

Monthly, 3-month, 6-month and annual plans. All include full gym access, equipment access, locker access and group classes; longer plans add a fitness assessment, progress tracking and guest passes. Pricing shown on the site is placeholder demo content — confirmed rates are given at sign-up.

This is set by the gym and confirmed when you join. Ask at reception or on your free tour and we will give you the exact figure in writing before you sign anything.

Yes. Rolling monthly memberships can be cancelled in line with the notice period in your agreement. Fixed-term plans run to the end of the term unless the terms allow otherwise. The full policy is provided before you sign up.

Freezes are available for reasons such as injury, illness or extended travel, subject to the terms of your plan. Talk to reception and we will walk you through the options.

Yes — book a free tour and we will show you the floor, answer your questions and let you try the equipment before you commit to anything.

Longer plans cost less per month than rolling monthly, and the annual plan includes a personal training discount. Any student, corporate or off-peak offers are confirmed by the gym directly.

Training & Programs

No. A large share of our members had never trained before joining. Our Beginner Training on-ramp covers the equipment, the movements and your first written plan so you are never guessing.

Yes. One-to-one sessions are available with certified coaches, either as a single session or as a multi-session package. Every package starts with a full assessment and a written programme.

Yes. Coach-led small group sessions run on a fixed weekly timetable and cover strength, conditioning and HIIT formats, with scaled options for every level. Group classes are included with all memberships.

You start with an assessment, get a floor walkthrough with a coach, and leave with a written plan for your first weeks. We check in after two weeks to adjust it. Nobody expects you to know what you are doing on day one.

Both, as structured programmes rather than generic advice. Weight Loss combines resistance training with conditioning and nutrition guidance; Muscle Building runs hypertrophy-focused blocks with progressive overload tracking.

Yes. Our Women’s Fitness Lead runs the beginner on-ramp and supports members who find a gym floor intimidating, and the free-weight area is coached during staffed hours so you are never left to work it out alone.

Practical nutrition guidance is included in several programmes and available with qualified coaches on request. We give you targets and habits, not extreme diets.

Facilities & Equipment

Power racks, a Smith machine, cable crossovers, leg press and hack squat, a full dumbbell range up to 100 lb, olympic and specialty bars, calibrated plates, deadlift platforms, and a full cardio floor with treadmills, bikes, rowers and stair climbers. Yes. Secure day lockers, bench seating and private shower cubicles are available to all members and cleaned throughout the day.

The gym is deep-cleaned daily, wipe-down stations are placed across the floor, and the building is air conditioned throughout.

The main floor, changing areas and reception are step-free. If you have specific access needs, contact us before visiting and we will confirm exactly what we can accommodate.

Early mornings and the 5–8pm window are the busiest periods. Mid-morning and late evening are the quietest. The floor is laid out so there is room to move between stations even at peak times.
